Had annual check-up back in April. Visit was nice and great. However, I was billed for regular diagnostic lab services and was not considered as annual checkup. They realized their mistake with billing codes back in July and still not yet fixed. They acknowledge, but do not fix. For every follow up of mine, they ask for 30 days to get the issue reflected at my insurance which never happened till now after 2 months after their ack.

A very pleasant young man (wish I got his name) came in after my husbands vitals were taken and he Was Wonderful!! He listened and addressed all my husbands concerns, explained his diagnosis and treatment throughly. Even asked the advice of his supervising Dr Via FaceTime.
