Had annual check-up back in April. Visit was nice and great. However, I was billed for regular diagnostic lab services and was not considered as annual checkup. They realized their mistake with billing codes back in July and still not yet fixed. They acknowledge, but do not fix. For every follow up of mine, they ask for 30 days to get the issue reflected at my insurance which never happened till now after 2 months after their ack.

They are generally interested in you as a person and take their time with you making sure to explain things in a way that you will understand. A very pleasant young man (wish I got his name) came in after my husbands vitals were taken and he Was Wonderful!! He listened and addressed all my husbands concerns, explained his diagnosis and treatment throughly. Even asked the advice of his supervising Dr Via FaceTime. We left there feeling heard and confident with what we were told. He truly seemed like he cared for his patient. We will definitely be using this Urgent Care again if the need arises.
