First time experience with Vcare, The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. I was treated by Dr Stephen Harrison who went above and beyond, to make sure I had an xray taken in a timely manner., I tested positive for RSV however due to Sunday schedule there were NO Xray techs on duty. He gave me some prescriptions to get through the evening but suggested I get to Princeton Penn early Monday morning for the needed Xray in which thankfully I was negative for pneumonia.Dr Harrison was kind enough to give me his Cell # and I was able to stay in touch The Dr was concerned and caring about my situation. Had annual check-up back in April. Visit was nice and great. However, I was billed for regular diagnostic lab services and was not considered as annual checkup. They realized their mistake with billing codes back in July and still not yet fixed. They acknowledge, but do not fix. For every follow up of mine, they ask for 30 days to get the issue reflected at my insurance which never happened till now after 2 months after their ack.

A very pleasant young man (wish I got his name) came in after my husbands vitals were taken and he Was Wonderful!!
