Overall a great experience, front desk was fast and efficient, facility was very clean and Andrew was just amazing. Had annual check-up back in April. Visit was nice and great. However, I was billed for regular diagnostic lab services and was not considered as annual checkup. They realized their mistake with billing codes back in July and still not yet fixed. They acknowledge, but do not fix. For every follow up of mine, they ask for 30 days to get the issue reflected at my insurance which never happened till now after 2 months after their ack.

They are generally interested in you as a person and take their time with you making sure to explain things in a way that you will understand. My husband had a painful issue with a swollen elbow/arm that brought us here today for a visit without an appointment. We waited about 40minutes before getting taken to an exam room. A very pleasant young man (wish I got his name) came in after my husbands vitals were taken and he Was Wonderful!! He listened and addressed all my husbands concerns, explained his diagnosis and treatment throughly. Even asked the advice of his supervising Dr Via FaceTime.
