A: Although making an appointment can hold your position and help us get ready for your visit, no appointment is necessary. We welcome walk-in patients.

No, however pre-registering you and your family will speed up the processing for your visit.

A: We are open weekends and holidays from 8am to 5pm for Urgent Care services.

A: If you’re unable to get an appointment with your own family doctor, you can still visit our walk-in clinic. You do not need permission from your family doctor to register. The visit remains completely confidential unless you wish to inform your family doctor that you were seen at our facility. We like to work hand in hand with your family’s healthcare team to insure that your receive the best possible care.

A: No, you first need to be seen by one of our Providers. You can be evaluated and treated for common medical issues or refills by simply walking in.

A: YES! Your medical information is available for our patients and any party the patient provides access to. The records can be accessed through our online portal via our website https://VCareUrgentCare.com/Portal or by using the VCareUrgentCare APP.

A: Each plan is different, and your “urgent care” benefits may be different from the benefits you are used to seeing. If you have questions in regard to your urgent care co pay prior to being seen, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and speak to them about your specific plan.

A: For your convenience, our practices accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). Is there a charge to receive my medical records?
There is NO charge to receive a copy of your medical records. Attorneys and other requesting companies may be charged, but the patient or other treating or referring physicians are not charged.

A: Yes, we perform both rapid and PCR covid-19 tests.

A: We provide a safe and comfortable environment for all our patient and follow all state and federal COVID-19 regulations. Our spacious and well-ventilated reception area provides a safe and relaxing atmosphere. It is our goal to minimize your waiting time and when possible, transfer you to our triage area or private examination room.

A: The most common symptoms of Covid-19 are fever, tiredness, and dry cough. Other symptoms include shortness of breath, aches and pains, and sore throat. In rare cases, people report diarrhea, nausea or a runny nose.

A: If you are not feeling well and have symptoms like fever, tiredness, and dry cough, stay home and contact VCare Urgent Care to talk to one of our providers remotely about your symptoms. If necessary, we can arrange for you to have COVID-19 testing performed at our nearest facility.

A: VCare Urgent Care carries flu vaccines in addition to vaccines for Hepatitis B, Tetanus/diphtheria and ppd testing for Tuberculosis.
